WebTrends^™ With a Difference
Many companies offer WebTrends reporting on their servers, however most require you to download a version of WebTrends and run the reports yourself.

This means that every time you wish to generate a WebTrends report you will have to download your entire log file, which in some cases can take hours or days. For example: If your log file was 10 MB (average for a lightly visited site), you would have to download 10 MB of data every time you wanted to generate a report.

Our proprietary implementation of WebTrends provides you with WebTrends reports without having to download anything.

ECUi puts only a few sites on each server. Most competitors put up to 500 customers on a single server, some even more. We limit the number of sites hosted on our Windows servers to 10, 50 or 75 depending on which plan you choose. This means that your Web site is always fast and available.

We are located close to our providers Time Warner Telecom, Cable & Wireless, and Sprint. We have direct, "on net", fiber optic connections between our building and their backbone. Our building has a redundant fiber optic cables feeding SONET rings (Self-healing within 100 milliseconds (ms)), which practically eliminates downtime due to accidental fiber optic cable cuts.

We use carrier grade Cisco Systems routers running BGP4, which are redundant using HSRP. Our entire internal network is based on entirely on 100/1000 MB/second switched Ethernet technology.

Our data center has state of the art cooling, UPS battery backup, backup generators and a FM-200 dry pipe fire suppression system. In addition, we store our backup tapes in a fireproof steel wall reinforced vault.
