Every 30 seconds our technicians receive terminal updates of any ports that failed to respond, so you can rest assured that your server is being watched by the best of the best 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

- 24/7 System Monitoring: APC surge protection systems and comprehensive monitoring of all environmental controls.
- Cooling: Three 40-ton Airedale systems with multiple temperature monitors through out the center. Static free and humidity-controlled 40% (+/- 5%) 65 degrees (+/- 2 degrees)
- Fire Suppression: FM-200 Dry Pipe Fire suppression system prevents catastrophic damage to hosting equipment or facilities by automatically shutting down air handlers and releasing heptafluoropane, a non-lethal fire suppression gas. Our advanced smoke and fire system provides detection through a 3 pulse temporal pattern configured for 24 hours Standby Time.
- Power: Fully redundant power, including Battery Back Up combined with on-premise diesel generators with 300 gallons of fuel ensuring stand by power to the Data Center.
